Biography
Gale Toale Taylor, principal and founder of Gale Force Facilitators Int'l, is a professional meeting facilitator with over fifteen years experience facilitating all types of meetings including focus groups and customer advisory councils with various organizations ranging from large multi-national corporations to local non-profit groups. Before she founded Gale Force Facilitators, she worked for IBM for 10 years as a Linux technical strategist as well as product manager and business development manager.
A graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, PA, Gale holds a BA in Psychology and Secondary Education Teaching Certificate. In addition, she earned her Masters in Business Administration from National University in San Diego, CA. As a government liaison for the American Red Cross, Gale holds certifications in Surveillance, Disease Investigation and Epidemiology, Psychological First Aid and is a Hepatitic C instructor.
Gale has worked and facilitated extensively within the education, government and technology sectors. Throughout her career, she has been acknowledged for her enthusiasm with a practical and personable approach which engages, motivates, and guides clients to achieve their goals.
Using a structured meeting process she has facilitated multi-level strategic planning sessions, software product design sessions, and charter sessions to bring about individual knowledge, group thinking and collaboration. She leads workshops about change, conflict, promoting effective teams, and fostering leadership that taps employee potential at all levels.
Among her many community and professional activities, Gale ran marathons in Boston, Bermuda and Alaska raising over $40,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and has adopted a 7-year old girl from Russia (over 6 years ago).
She lives and works in Merrimack, NH with her husband and 3 children.
